The Adventures of Leo, and Friends *Finished!!!!*

Prolouge

our story begins in a mythical land of Devalia, where knights, kings, and queens all reside. Our Heros are Leo, the teams leader, Mia, Leo's BFF, Julia, Leo's crush also the kings daughter. and Alex, a girl whom Leo, and Mia have been friends with for a long time, also an excellent archer! Leo began his knights training when he saved the princess, he is also a boy wizard. his friend Mia, is as quick as a whip, and very intelligent, Julia is smart, as well as beautiful. Leo a boy of 5'10 with messy hair, and a sword, knows he has a BIG Destiny! Mia a girl about 5'4 with longer brown hair is also training to be a wizard. Juila, 5'5 with dark brown eyes, with dark brown hair which was as soft as sheeps wool, and was very long. Alex a friend of Leo's, and Mia's just joined the pack we'll learn about her more later!

Chapter 1
Unicorn Hunting

On a Monday in the first week of July, Leo awoke in his room. The cool fresh air of the higlands around the castle smelled sweet. He looked out his window, and suddenly remembered that him, Mia, and Alex were going Unicorn hunting! He leaped out of bed putting on his clothes, and running down the stairs, he met his mother at the end. "Where are you going in such a hurry?" she asked. "Mom me, Alex, and Mia, are going unicorn hunting today!" he said quickly. "Alright then, don't be out to late." she said to him as he ran to get Mia. Mia had just woken up herself, and was not quite ready. "Hurry up Mia we don't have all day!" bellowed Leo. "I know that but i can't decide what to wear!" she snapped. "Well pick something out fast we have to go!" he continued on. Mia came down about 10 mins later, and they made their way to Alex's House. Evan banged on the door. "Alex come on we have to hurry!!" She opened the door, and said,"fine let's go!" So Leo, Mia, and Alex walked by the castle, where Julia was sitting. Leo waved Hi to Julia, and continued to walk. Julia really liked Leo, and Leo really liked Julia, but they never said anything to each other about it. Julia ran upstaires, and put on her outdoors outfit, and went after them. she said to herself,"i want some adventure those three always have fun!" Entering the woods, Leo saw Unicorn tracks on theground. Just then there was a snapping of a twig. "What was that?" mia asked quietly. The bushes around them started to ruffel. what was it? Just then Alpha Leo's wolf jumped out of the bushes. "Hey boy you scared us!" said Leo in a pant. Suddenly Julia came riding up on her horse Champ. "Hey guys!" said julia. "Your Highness, what are you doing out of the palace?" asked the trio. "I was bored when i saw you lot pass by, and wondered where you were goin." she replied. "I thought you lot looked exciting!" she continued. "Won't your father be angry?" Leo asked timidly. "No he'll never notice i am gone.. he's always making rules, and doing other royal things, he won't even notice i've gone." said Julia. "Alright you can come with us, but you have to be quiet while we look for the unicorn." said Leo quietly. The walk began again, but Alex saw something moving in the woods up ahead. "What's that!?" she squeaked quietly. "What's what?" said leo in return. "Nothing i guess let's keep going." said alex. Just then a Leopard lept out of the brush, and knocked Julia off of her horse. Prepairing to have princess for lunch, the leopard didn't see Leo comming to tackle it. Leo jumped onto the leopard, throwing it away from Julia. Leo drew his sword. taking a swing at it, the leopard hissed, and swang his claws at Leo. Leo sailed into a tree, and Alex took an arrow from her quiver, and shot the leopard. Leo Laying against the tree was hurt, he had blood on his shirt, and could not move. Mia, and Julia picked up the fallen boy, and lifted him onto Julia's horse. it was a good five miles before they would be back at the kingdom, and it was getting dark.

Chapter 2
Dr visits, and Knighthood.

They arrived at Leo's house, Leo's mom ran to get the doctor. When she returned she noticed there was a third girl. "Aren't you the princess?" she asked in shock. "I am, but you can not tell anyone i was here!" said Julia with desperation in her voice. "Your secret is safe with me" she replied.
Nana the doctor arrived, and began treating Leo. She gave him a potion that should stop the pain. Nana was Also a wizard. "You got by with minor injuries!" said Nana with shock. "You should heal in about a week or so." he continued. Just then Julia remembered, she had to get home, she ran out of the house, and made her way back to the castle. She got all of the way to her door, when her father stopped her at the door. "Where have you been all day?" he ask softly. Julia knew she couldn't lie to her father, and told him everything. "Well that was quiet an adventure!" said her father. "I must meet this boy that saved you!" She agreed to take her father there in the morning.
The next morning, King Cedric, and his daughter Julia, came to Leo's house. King Cedric, was pleased to meet him, and Leo, and Cedric began talking, Cedric asked him what was his dream. he answered it was to be a Knight. He was granted that right, however, Mia, and Alex had to come to. Cedric agreed. The King left, and Julia stayed behind. Leo was still lying on his bed. Julia came, and picked up his head, and layed it on her lap. She stroked his hair, and they talked. She stayed there all day. she came back the next day, and she sang to him. Julia found, that this singing calmed Leo. that was what he needed right now. Julia did this everyday for a week, until Leo was fine again. Mia, and Alex had been searching for the unicorn while Leo was injured. they had found it at a meadow in the woods. Alex, Mia, Leo, and Julia rode out to the spot on the horses. Leo didn't want to kill the Unicorn. He had heard a unicorn was super fast, and super strong. Julia went right out into the field, and the unicorn came to her. Leo, Mia, and Alex stood there in shock. "How did she do that!" they said to her. She answered," i guess it just speaks to me." Julia convinced the Unicorn to be Leo's pet. Knight trainging began the next day. Leo's teacher Canis began teaching him everything about swords, and history of knights. Finally he began sword training, he took to this weapon naturally. He went to the local black-smith, and had a keyshaped sword made. He had a dream about such a sword, but wasn't really sure what it did. Just then Nanicus Nule Nerander wizard of the 49th order, came to help Canis with the training, she taught him everything, being his grandmother, and all. She taught him about how to harness the powers through his sword. the next day the keyblade was ready. Nana, put a spell on the keyblade, so that it would only come to him, and ones he loved. Alpha Leo's wolf, was a smart wolf, and knew he would have to help fight with Leo. he knew that day was comming, when a great battle would be fought.

Chapter 3
Darkness

On the other side of the kingdom, an evil king was planning something.. something evil! King Santis the Evil king longed to have King Cedric’s Kingdom. He hated his brother Cedric, for having such a prosperous country. Justin, was also training a Young knight, and this knight was also training to be a wizard. A dark wizard with the power to control darkness Lexeus, was training Justin, to become the next dark wizard. Santis came to Justin the knight in training, and told him why he would have to beat Leo. Justin wanted Julia to be his, but Julia disliked him, because he was evil. Justin, and his evil wizard Lexeus began training in the dark arts. He taught him War spells, and spells that were to dark to even say. Lexeus talked with evil king santis, about how they would take the Kings daughter Julia. They conversed about the future of Justin, and how things would play out.
Back at the castle, Julia brushed her hair, as she began to go out that morning. She passed Leo, as he was training, and stared at him for awhile. Leo looked up, and she blushed. Leo smiled back at her. Nanicus taught Leo how to control elements through his keyblade. Leo easily learned. She told him on his journeys that they would become stronger as he learned more. Mia, and Alex waited until Leo was done, and joined him for an adventure in the woods. Mia was walking, when she stepped on a rattle snake, and it bit her. Leo cured the bite, and killed the snake with a fire ball. Mia, said,” Thanks Leo!” Leo kept learning more, and more as the weeks went on. It had been 4 weeks, since he’d become a knight in training. King Cedric, welcomed Leo to the castle for a dinner. Leo arrived at 8 o’clock, and was ready for dinner. They had Chicken, and Potatoes, and Carrots. Leo spent a good 2 hours in the castle, talking with Julia, and Cedric. Cedric told Leo about a ball the was coming up, and told him,” Take Julia to the Ball! I haven’t met another man as good as you!” Leo replied,” I’m only a knight! I can’t be at this Ball!” “Yes you can!” retorted Cedric, “It would be an honor. I’ll supply you with clothes, and everything!” Leo agreed, and left the castle. He dreamed of Julia that night, as he slept.

Chapter 4 Into the woods
Leo, and his friends, entered the woods again. They were just going in the woods for fun, and loved the adventure. Leo took the lead, and sliced through a fallen log, to clear the path. Leo, Mia, and Alex, walked through a meadow, and Mia said to Leo,” You should bring Julia here sometime!” Leo replied,” I was just thinking the same thing!” The team continued on further past the meadow, and into the woods on the other side, of the meadow. When reaching the other side, Mia tripped on a rock, and opened a door in the rock. “Oops!” said Mia with her voice muffled by the ground. “Where does that lead!?” asked Alex with a twinge of fear in her voice. “Well let’s search it.” said Leo boldly. Leo tore a sleeve from his shirt, and rapped it around a stick, and made a torch. He stepped into the cave, Alex, and Mia walked behind him. Mia was still trying to pull the grass from her hair, and wipe the dirt off of her dress. Leo, and the gang arrived at a hallway with Images of Past Kings, and Queens of Devalia. “How far are we from the castle?” asked Leo. “About a mile.” Said Mia. “Hmm this is odd.. why would there be a cave a mile from the castle?” Asked Leo. They continued on through the cave, it came to a dead end. At the end, was a treasure chest. Hanging over the chest was a huge picture. “HEY! They look like us!” blurted out Mia. “Agreed they do!” said Leo. He opened the chest, and inside was something nobody would have guessed. Three swords, and armor with the initials of our Heroes. “Why are our initials on that junk?” asked Mia. “It’s not junk!” said Leo forcefully. “It’s got something to do with these people in the picture!” continued Leo. “Where are we going to find information on these people?” asked Mia. “Probably at the castle library in the History section!” Yelped Alex. “Well what are we waiting for!?” Yelled Leo. “Let’s go!” Leo, Mia, and Alex raced back to the castle. They ran to the library, and looked in the history section. Three hours later, they still hadn’t found anything. “Ok so we haven’t found anything, and it’s getting dark!” sighed Mia. “Yeah well let’s get home.” Said Leo. We can look more tomorrow. They arrived the next morning to the castle to find Julia standing over the books they were using. “What are you doing?” she asked. “Well umm.. we’re looking for some information on a picture we saw.. but you can’t tell anyone” Leo stammered. “Well there goes the neighborhood.” Said Mia sarcastically. “ We don’t want you in on this because you could get hurt!”Leo said. “How is my life any more important than yours!” Julia yelled. “Shhhh!” called the librarian. “Look Julia, your life is more important because you are the princess.” Said Leo. “Fair enough.” She said as the left the library. Leo opened a new book. “THERE’S THE PICTURE!?” he said. “SHHHHHHH” the librarian called again.







Chapter 5 Departure
The gang ran to the only person they could think of. Nanicus Nule Nerander wizard of the first order, and also Leo’s grandma. “Nana check this out!” Leo said as he ran in the room. “Ah the picture of the heroes from back when I was a kid!” She said Where did you all find this?” she said. “We found it in a cave when Mia tripped over a tree root.” said Leo. “Well if you’re looking for it you’ll have to go to the Chalian Empire about 60 miles from here.” Nanicus said. “I haven’t been there in over one-hundred years, so I have no idea what awaits you.” She continued. “We leave in two days gather the supplies, and let’s get ready!” commanded Leo. Mia started packing the food, and Alex packed all of the clothes. Leo went to the armory and got weapons for their journey. Nanicus got four horses for the team to ride on. Leo went to go tell Julia he was going on a trip, and would be back soon. As he ran up the stairs, and turned the corner he ran into a girl. It was Julia, or so he thought. “Julia?” Leo asked. “I’m not Julia! I’m Celina!” she shrieked. “Whoa you are like her twin!” said Leo surprised. “I’m not like her twin I am her twin! Our only difference is this.” She said as she pointed to her eyes. “THEY’RE GOLD!?” Leo yelled! “Shhh I’m not deaf you know!” she said sarcastically. “Well I wasn’t exactly princess material, so I’m training to be the next wizard!” she said triumphantly. O..k.. said Leo slightly confused by this matter. “Well Nice meeting you!” she said as she skipped away. Leo found Julia on her windowsill looking out the window. “You have a twin.” He said. “Yes, I know her name is Celina.” She replied. “Why didn’t you ever tell me?” he asked. “Well I thought you knew.” She replied again. “Well anyway the reason I came up her, is because I’m going away for a little while.. about a week.” He said. Julia told him she would miss him, and to have a safe trip. Just as Leo walked out of the door, Celina popped out from around the corner. “So I hear you’re going on an adventure?” she said to Leo. “Well yes you heard right.” said Leo. “I’m coming to. I’ve already asked Father, and I’m going with you.” She said with might. “Well ok you can come, but don’t draw any attention.” Leo said as he walked down the stairs. Leo told the gang back at Nana’s hut, that they would be taking Celina. “What!?” Julia’s got a twin sister! Said Alex, and Mia in unison. “Yes, and I train her every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to train her to be a wizard!” said Nanicus. “Well I guess we can always use another Wizard!” Leo said

Chapter 6
Return to the woods
Leo and the gang departed the next day to go to the next kingdom of Chalian Empire. They started their quest into the woods. Just then Celina got was scared by something, and shot a fireball over Leo’s head. “HEY! WATCH IT!” Leo yelled. “Sorry I wasn’t trying to hurt you I didn’t even know I could do that!” she said shyly back to Leo. “Yes well as a wizard you can shoot an element from your hands it appears yours is fire!” said Nanicus They continued walking and came upon a place to camp. they set up camp, and began looking for fire wood, and food. Celina went with Leo to find wood, and Mia, and Alex went with Nanicus to find food. “I’m scared” said Celina to Leo. “Why are you scared?” he asked in return. “I’ve got all this power, and I’m scared I’ll hurt someone with it.. I don’t wanna do that!” she replied. “You’ll be fine, just control your emotions, and you won’t hurt anyone! Magic is controlled by emotions. The more angry you are the more your power will be stronger, but it will be less controllable, and the same goes with any emotion.” He said. As the sun set, the gang began to sleep. Leo slept near his sword, so that is anyone came he would be ready. Nanicus, Alex, and Mia all slept on the ground, and Celina slept near Leo as she thought it would be safer. All was quiet, and then a group of camp raiders showed up, and got Celina. “We’ve got the princess!!” they yelled. “I’m not the princess you idiots!” she screamed. Leo ran after them, but they got away. “Great she’s gone! We lost the princesses sister!” Mia said with panic. “We’ll find her!” said Nanicus. So off they went to find Celina! “I think this is the way they took her!” hollered Mia “Well let’s follow the foot prints, and find her!” They followed the foot prints to the camp of the Raiders! There they saw Celina tied to a tree. “We’ve got to help her!” said Leo. “Wait, I think she’s got this under control.” said Nanicus. Just then Celina snapped the ropes. “Hey how did you get out!” yelled one of the attackers. “It’s not any of your concern!” she yelled. She put her hands together, and sent a shockwave out from under her. As Leo, and his friends opened their eyes, and saw thugs scattered all over the ground. “I was just waiting until I had an audience!” she said with sarcasm!

Chapter 7
Back to Business
After they rescued Celina they began on their trip to the Chalian empire. They arrived at the gates, and were let in. “I don’t think it’s very wise that we are here.” said Nana in a whisper. “It’ll be fine Nana, let’s just get to the library!” said Leo as he continued walking. They got to the library, and began searching. Book after book page after page, and still nothing! “Well what are we going to do if we don’t find it soon.” complained Mia. “Well we’ll just keep looking.” Leo said. Just as Celina walked up the stairs she accidently ran into the bookshelf. **THUD** “OWWWW!!” she screamed. “Celina!” Leo said running up the stairs with his sword drawn. “I’m fine! This stupid book fell on me though.” She said slightly dazed. “THAT’S IT!?” screamed Mia. “SHHHHH” said the librarian. “Yep just like back at home” Mia said with an eye roll. There lied the book on the floor. Leo stared at the book. Opened to the exact page, Leo read aloud. “The three heroes depicted here, were heirs to the throne of the Grath kingdom. However that empire was destroyed, and the people scattered to other empires. Legend says that they buried their treasure behind a picture in a cave.” “That’s all they have.” said Leo. “You mean behind that picture is treasure!” asked Mia. “Exactly!” he said. Celina walked out of the library with everyone else. She noticed a flag. Bearing the sign of Evil king Santis. “Oh no!” she said to Leo. “What?” he asked. We need to leave now. Santis had gotten wind that people from the Devalian empire. He sent out his knights to get them. Leo, Celina, Mia, Alex, and Nanicus ran to the gates, when the slammed shut. “We’re gonna have to stand and fight here!” yelled Leo. Leo drew his sword, and charged into the knights. *TING TING TING TANG* Slash after slash one knight down, then two, then three. Celina had been backed into a corner, and she warned the knights not to mess with her. She put her hand up, and shot fire from them, the knights fell to the ground. “Told you not to mess with the dress!” she said as she ran to help Mia. Mia drew her daggers, and took them down two at a time. Nanicus used wind power, to slam knights into the ground. Celina walked to the gates raised her hands, and smash giant rock into the gate to knock it down. “Celina! You have more than one power, we’ll have to find out what else you can do later!” Nanicus said as they ran out the gates. Just them a rope came out of the tree, and got Leo. “LEO!!!” Celina screamed. Nanicus grabbed Celina by the arm and said, ”We’ll be back for him we have to go now.” As they ran Celina, Mia, and Alex all cried as they ran home. They got back to the Devalian empire, Celina ran to tell Julia. What would she think.

Chapter 8
Heart Break
When Celina arrived at Julia’s room, she took a deep breath, and opened the door. There was Julia sitting on her window sill, her long brown hair flowing with the wind. She turned and said, ”Sister you have returned!” she said. “Where is Leo?” she continued. “Sis, we gotta talk.” said Celina with a worried tone. “Leo has been kidnapped by some knights of the opposing kingdom, and we can’t get him back yet.” Finished Celina. “No! it can’t be!” she said as she began to cry. “I’m sorry sister!” said Celina. “There is nothing more we can do right now.” she finished. Celina then left Julia to be alone. Julia cried, and cried. She then had a glimmer of light shoot through her heart. “I’ll rescue Leo myself!” she said to herself. Julia ran to find Celina. “Celina we’re rescuing Leo!” she said to her. “When?” she asked quietly. “At sunrise!” she said with force. The next morning Julia, and Celina rose and got dressed. They were dressing for battle. “I never thought I’d need this!” said Julia to Celina. “Well I guess you need it now!” Celina replied. Julia, put a sword into the sheath that was strapped to her leg, she also put a bow, and arrows onto her back, and they walked to the stables, mounted their horses, and rode away.
--Meanwhile—
Nanicus saw Julia, and Celina leave the castle. “What are those two up to?” she said to herself. She knew trouble must be afoot, so she used her magic to reach Beth in the Oreo Kingdom. She could come, and help Nanicus to go after Julia, and Celina. Beth suggested that she bring her best friend Arcee, because arcee was as good at tracking as Leo was. They arrived at Nanicus’s house. “Alright girls we need to go after Julia, and Celina I fear they have got themselves into something were they may need help.” said Nanicus, as she put potions into a small bag that was on her belt of the robe she was wearing. Beth brought her staff, and Arcee brought her sword, and shield. Nanicus, and the girls walked to the stables, and met up with Mia, and Alex. The Gang set up their horses. Beth’s horse was white with black spots, Arcee’s a red color, Nanicus’s horse was gray, Mia’s was Yellow in color, and Alex’s was black. “What happens if we can’t find them?” asked Beth. “Well I think I know where they went, so we will find them!” said Nanicus as she got on her horse. Arcee, Beth, Mia, and Alex rode with Nanicus out of the Castle gates, and into the woods.

Chapter 9
Rescue
Julia, and Celina had got a good rest, and were almost to the other kingdom. “We’re almost there!” yelled Julia. They got to the edge of the forest, and hid behind a tree, to look at what they were up against. “Two guards up on the city walls” Celina whispered. “Ok, I’ll put two arrows in them!” Julia leaped out from behind the tree, and put arrows, in the guards. “Let’s go!” she said to Celina. So they ran over the drawbridge, and through the village. They arrived at the castle, but were met by a horde of Knights, Julia drew her sword, and charged into the group. One down, two down, three, four, five, One right after the other, knights fell to Julia’s sword. Celina used her wizard’s fire, and electricity to blow through the guards. One of the knights escaped to tell the king. Julia, and Celina ran into the palace, and met another multitude of guards. They easily took them down, and continued to go further into the castle. They got to the door of the dungeon, but it was locked, and it would not let them in. Just then Julia got an idea. “Celina help me left this pillar!” she yelled. “What are we going to do with it?” she asked. “We’re going to ram the door down, to get to Leo.” She yelled in return. They picked it up, and rammed once. “Again!” Julia yelled. They rammed it a second time. “ONCE MORE!” screamed Julia. A third time they rammed it, and knocked it down. “LEO!!!” Julia shrieked. Where are you!” one cell at a time, they looked for Leo. When they finally reached the end of the dungeon hall, on the floor of the cell was Leo. It had only been a few days, so he looked ok. “Leo wake up! It’s me Julia, and Celina is here to!” Just then Leo rolled over, and opened his eyes. “Girls!” you came to rescue me! “Where is your gear?” asked Celina. “There on the wall!” Leo replied. Celina turned around, and saw Leo’s gear. “How do we get the cell door open?” asked Julia. “With the Keyblade’s power it will blow open the door! Point it at the door, and it will open it.” Leo told Julia. Julia did as she was told, and the cell door flew open. Leo strapped on his sword, and they ran up the stairs. As they bolted out of the dungeon door, they saw a bunch of knights coming right for them. Just then a fireball came, and scared them back. “Nanicus!” Julia yelled. “You didn’t think I’d let you go alone, did you?” she replied to them. Just then Arcee, and Beth leaped over the walls with Mia, and Alex. “We came to!” they four shouted together. The gang shot arrows, and sword fought all of the guards t the last. Beth used her staff, to stick the knights where they stood with melted Oreo ray, and Arcee used her super strength to pound the foes. They ran for the gate. Someone stood in the way. “Who the fudge cakes are you?” asked Arcee. “I am Justin, lead knight of Chalian Empire!” “Is that suppose to impress us??” asked Beth sarcastically. “Actually it is!” he sneered. “Well it doesn’t!” Leo said. “Now get out of our way sir!” said Nanicus. “I will not let you leave!” he yelled. Just then Arcee walked up to Justin, and kicked him in the shins “OWWWWWWWW!?!?” Justin yelped. “Yeah I told you to move stupid goy!!” Arcee sneered. They ran past Justin, and kept going until they got the horses about a mile into the woods. The mounted their horses, and began to ride into the forest. It was not dark outside, and something seemed different.

Chapter 10
A forgotten kingdom
As they gang went further into the woods, it got darker, and darker. All of the sudden, trees started to move on the ground, and formed a straight path. “Where does that lead?” asked Julia. “I don’t know.” replied Leo. The friends all began walking down the path. Just then a blast of light came through the trees. An arch formed from the last of the trees, and they walked through it. It was a whole other kingdom! “Where are we?” ask Julia with amazement. “I honestly don’t have any idea where we are.” said Nanicus. “Well wherever we are, this isn’t the Devalian Kingdom!” replied Leo. As they continued to walk, they walked into a forest, with lush green trees, and a cool breeze. “Wow! The wind smells so sweet here!” shouted arcee. Nanicus, who was now hungry, reached for an apple out of the tree. “MMMMMM!” “These apples taste delicious!” Nanicus said as she ate. Leo, who just realized they wouldn’t be going home tonight, turns and says,” We need to set up camp somewhere!” yelled Leo from up ahead. From the top of the hill, Leo could see a clearing where they could camp. This was a meadow of sorts, and it had Red, yellow, blue, and pink flowers all around the clearing. Julia dismounted her horse, and walked to the middle of the clearing. She looked up at the sky, and took a deep breath. “I like it here!” she said as she turned to face Leo. “I like it here to, but we can’t stay here forever!” Leo retorted. Beth asked,” What are we doing for food, and fire wood? “I’ll use my magic to make us a nice fire!” shouted Celina. “Right and we’ll go find food!” said Leo, as he took Julia’s hand. Julia and Leo ran to the forest to find food. Reaching the forests edge, they walked into the woods, not knowing what would happen next. Leo spotted a dear, and told Julia to use her arrows to shoot it. “I wouldn’t do that if I were you!” hollered the deer. “You can talk!?” asked Julia, and Leo in shock. “Of course I can talk! What kind of animal doesn’t!” replied the deer. “Here take these berries, and vegetables.” He said as he pointed his nose to the basket. Leo, and Julia took the foods, and walked back to camp. “You will never guess what spoke to us!” said Julia to everyone. “A deer!” finished Leo. “A deer did not speak to you. How stupid do we look Leo?” said Beth? “I’m serious a talking deer!” alleged Leo. Just then there was a trumpet blast, and Fawns walk out of the woods. “What do they want?” asked Celina. “I don’t know, but be ready!” Leo whispered. “Put down your weapons!” said one of the fawns. “Why should we?” retorted Leo. “Because we mean you no harm!” answered the fawn. Laying down their weapons Leo began to ask,” What is it that you need us for?” “We have come under order from King Jovan of Star Valley!” he answered.

Chapter 11
King Jovan
Off they went following the fawns back to the castle of Star Valley. Treading down the way animals of all kinds cheered, and shouted, “Long Live the King and Queens of Star Valley!” Julia, Celina, Beth, and Arcee, all blushed as the animals chanted. Arriving at the castle gates, Leo looked up at the large castle, and bit his lip. “I wonder what the others are thinking?” he said to himself, and the large doors opened. They walked into the main room, and there hung a multitude of pictures with them in it. “How did we get into all of those pictures?” Leo said to everyone. They all shrugged, and continued walking. They fawns opened a second large door, to reveal a throne room. A Lion sat on the throne. “Where is King Jovan?” ask Celina. “I am standing before you!” he said as he rose off of the throne. “I see my fawns have found you all!” he continued. “We have many things to talk about, but so little time. “What do you mean by little time?” Arcee said, as she came from around Leo, to see Jovan. “I mean something that is to come, in the near future.” He finished. Leo thought in his head, “What could this mean?” “Grave news I must be sharing with you all! An Evil dragon named Draco, who is in control of the opposite side of this kingdom, is waging war on us.” told Jovan. “Draco will stop at nothing to destroy us, and news is that he is trying to get in contact with the Chalian Kingdom.” He finished. “How does this tie into our destiny?” ask Leo. “It ties into your destiny because your ancestors used to be kings, and queens on Star Valley, and they would not want it to fall to evil.” added Jovan. “We must get to the Devalian Kingdom to talk with your king.” He said as he rose. “You mean my dad?” ask Julia. “Yes I mean your father.” Jovan said. Jovan showed the guests where they could get freshened up, for the journey back to Devalia. Leo sharpened his sword in the armory, and walked up to Julia’s chambers. There he found her looking out the window, her brown hair blowing in the wind, and her dark brown eyes sparkling with the sun. “What’s up?” Leo asked casually. “Nothing, just looking out the window wondering what’s going to happen.” She replied toneless. “Oh, it sounds like you are sad.” continued Leo. “I am not sad, I am just wondering how we are going to get my dad to listen to a lion.” She finished. “Well we will find out soon enough what his answer is.” finally said Leo. Leo and Julia left the room, and walked down to the grand hall. Jovan had a large feast waiting for them. Leo, and Julia met up with Mia, Alex, Arcee, Beth, and Nanicus, and together they walked to the grand hall. Nanicus had new wizard’s robes, which were white, with gold detailing. Julia’s new Red dress was soft, and her hair was pulled into a tight braid. Mia’s new yellow dress was the nicest thing she’d ever seen, and her hair was also in a braid similar to Julia’s. Arcee and Beth both wore matching Oreo dresses, with Oreo cookie belts, with matching Up-do hair styles. Leo’s new clothes were blue, with brown pants, and a yellow belt. Celina wore a pink dress, with a white belt, and a tight braid like Julia, and Mia. They arrived at the table, where King Jovan sat. They all were seated, and began eating. Arcee immediately reached for a chicken leg, and began eating. Everyone looked at her, and began to laugh. Even Arcee herself began laughing. Jovan was also amused by this.

Chapter 12
Out of Star Valley
After dinner, they all walked to their rooms, dressed for bed, and went to sleep. The next morning, everyone got up early, and put on their clothing, and met at the Grand Hall. Jovan was waiting at the door of the grand hall. “Oh sorry Jovan!” said Leo, as he ran right into him. “That is alright, everyone makes mistakes.” He said with a small smile. “What are we exactly doing now?” ask Celina. “We are now going to find your father to talk of an alliance.” said Jovan, as he walked to the doors. Leo and the others, had new battle clothing. Leo had a new sword sheath, and new boots. Julia’s new outfit, had chainmail on the abdomen, and armor on the shoulders. Arcee, Beth, Alex, Mia, and Celina all had similar outfits to Julia’s except in different colors. Leo and friends walked to the armory to collect their weapons. Jovan, Leo, Mia, Celina, Alex, and Nanicus all rode out of the castle gates back over the meadow, through the forest, and back through the tree arch. Into the woods they passed the small cave. “WAIT!” yelled Leo. Everyone stopped, to see what was going on. “What troubles you Leo?” asked Jovan. “It’s that cave we were meaning to check out.” He replied. “Well we are here now, so go in and check it out.” continued Jovan. Leo approached the cave, and again met the dead end with the picture. Just then to reached forward, and push the picture into the wall. Just as Leo pushed the picture into the wall, the wall split open, and revealed a hall way. “Where does that go?” asked Julia. “I don’t know.” replied Celina. “Well we need to check it out. Celina I need you to use your wizards fire to make a torch!” said Leo. Celina made a ball of fire appear in her hand, and began walking down the hall. They reached the end, and discovered weapons for an army. “WHOA!!” shouted Arcee. “That is whole lot of weapons!” finished Beth. At the end of the hall were 3 swords, and a golden egg. Leo, Mia, Alex, and Celina stepped toward the swords. Leo read aloud,” These swords shall be used to fight a great battle that will save the world! Use them wisely!” “Wow!” said the 3 in unison. Leo read further about the egg. “Here before you lay a dragon egg. This Egg shall help slay a great evil!” “Well when does it hatch?” asked Mia. “I don’t know when it will hatch.” replied Leo. Leo took a sword out that had an “L” mark on the hilt, and the hilt was gold with a silver blade. Mia drew a blade with a yellow hilt, and an “M” on the hilt. Finally Alex drew a sword with a red hilt, and an “A” on the hilt. Included with these swords were necklaces for Celina, and Julia. One was a moon and the other was a sun. “What do they do?” asked Julia. “I don’t know.” said Nanicus. “They look magical though.” She continued. “Well whatever they do they are hooked to these swords.” commented Leo. Leo and friends walked out of the cave, and continued on to the Devalian Kingdom. About a mile from the entrance of the kingdom, they met a pack of raiders. Celina, stepped in front of everyone, and prepared to shoot wizards fire, but instead a GIANT flame ball shot from her hands. “WHOA!” everyone yelled. They rode into the village, and over the bridge to the castle. Into the stables they left their horses, and got a few stares from people because of Jovan. He after all was a big lion running with these kids.

Chapter 13
Requests
Running into the castle they were stopped by guards, Celina froze them in time, and they ran passed them. Into the throne room, they met the king. “Julia, Celina, Leo, Mia, Alex, Nanicus! Good to see you all!” Cedric said, but who is that?” Guards!! There is a threat in the throne room.” he yelled. “Wait daddy! He’s friends with us!” said Julia as Cedric drew his sword. “I mean you no harm!” said Jovan. “You can talk?” Cedric said with shock. “Yes I can speak, and I need your assistants in keep the ultimate evil from attacking our kingdoms” Jovan finished. “What is that?” asked Cedric. “The villain in my world, and the villain from my world are coming together to take us both down!” We must stop them before they succeed.” He said. “Well how do you propose we do that?” asked Cedric. “By uniting the armies of Star Valley, and Devalia together to take them both down!!” interrupted Leo. “Yes Leonardo is correct, those were my thoughts exactly.” continued Jovan. “Well how do I know you aren’t trying to get rid of my armies, and kill me?” Cedric asked worried. “If I was going to kill you I would have already done it.” said Jovan with a slight smile. “It is good to know you aren’t planning to kill Me.” said Cedric.”We must assemble our forces quickly time runs short!” said Jovan.

--meanwhile—
In the Chalian Empire Santis, and Draco were also making agreements to fight against Star Valley, and Devalia. “Why not wipe both of our enemies off the map!” screeched Draco. “I agree friend, we must destroy them for they mean to do good!” barked Santis. “You must assemble your armies, and weapons, and everything you have got, for we will attack them in one weeks time!” he started. “They will not even see this coming, for they are too stupid to see this coming!” Draco finished. “Well what do you think would be the best force of attack?” Santis asked.” “We hit them with everything we have got, and continue pelting them with attacks until they surrender!” Draco cackled. “Justin come here for a moment!” barked Santis. Justin came out, and faced the dragon. “I have a present for you boy!” “What is it?” asked Justin. “THE ULTIMATE OF DARKNESS, this will help you win over Leo!!!” He said as he breathed black fire onto Justin. Doing this filled him with the power of darkness. “Your new name is Zemnas! Wielder of the power of darkness!! “The power of darkness coursing through me!” I feel POWER!” he yelled. “Yes accept the darkness!!” yelled Draco. “It will make you strong!” he barked. Then Draco gave Zemnas a Dark Side Keyblade. “What is this?” asked Zemans. “A powerful swords much like Leo’s. Except yours has the power of the dark side power put into it! “Well I shall surely rid the world of Leo and his lackeys!” growled Zemnas. Looking into a crystal ball Santis looked at a hazy picture of Leo, and his friends mounting their horses, and riding out of the stable.

Chapter 14
Assembling Forces
After riding out of the stables Leo and friends made way for Star Valley. Running through the forest, and back into the arch they reached star valley. “Hurry guys we’re almost to the castle!” said Leo as they galloped over the hill. Arriving at the castle Jovan assembled his Fawns, and other warriors. Leo, Mia, and Alex rode into the surrounding area to get others to help with the war effort. They stopped by the Beavers, who promised wood and extra help to build barricades. The bears promised to lend a paw to help defeat the opposing side. Lions, Tigers, Cheetahs, and all of the other big cats also volunteered to help fight with the Star Valley knights. Leo, Alex, and Mia returned to the Star Valley armory. Leo started forging weapons, and Mia assisted him. Alex started throwing coals into the fire. “MORE HEAT!” yelled Leo. “ALRIGHT I’M DOING AS MUCH AS I CAN!” yelled Alex. Forging them one by one, Leo slowly started to reach his goal. Running down the hall Julia raced toward Jovan’s chambers. “Jovan I have a question about the necklaces.” said Julia. “What is your question?” asked Jovan. “What exactly does this necklace do? Is it like magic or something?” she asked. “Well for that you’d have to speak to Owl in the library!” replied Jovan. “Alright, but umm where is the library?” asked Julia. “Down the hall 30 doors down the hall, look for the large oak door with the gold book on it.” He replied. “Alright thank you Jovan!” replied Julia as she ran down the hall. Julia arrived at the library. She looked up at the very tall walls, and whistled. Just then she noticed an owl sleeping on a stand. “Hello? Mr. Owl? Is that you?” whispered Julia. “Yes hello child! I am Mr. Owl, I am the librarian here!” said the Owl. “Mr. Owl do you know what this necklace does?” asked Julia. “Actually I think I have a book about it! Wait here and I’ll be back soon.” said the owl as he flew up and out of sight. A couple of minutes went by and the owl had not returned. Julia got up and began looking at all of the books. She found a book titled Wizards Through the Ages and began reading. She found great wizards like Merlin, Zedicus, and Nanicus. She put the book back and found another book about swords. Then after a while she finished with that book, and picked up another book titled Dragons. She opened it, and found a gold egg. Much like the one Leo had. It showed her a picture of what it would be when it grew up, and what it could do. She shouted, “Leo has a dragon egg!!” Then around the corner came Mr. Owl with the book on the necklaces. “Sorry I took so long, I had to find it because it wasn’t were it was suppose to be.” He said as he dropped the book on the table and land on his perch. Julia opened the book and saw her necklace. She began reading about it. She read aloud, “This necklace is a powerful charm. It is used to defend against magic attacks that are inflicted up the user. It also has a double. Its double is powerful. When the user puts it on it increases the power of magic attacks. When both necklaces are together they make a shield, that protects against even Dragons fire.” WOW! Me and Celina’s necklaces are powerful stuff!” said Julia. “They are use them wisely for you may need them one day.” said the owl. Just then Celina, Mia, and Leo ran in the door. “Julia we need to go to the grand hall! The egg is hatching!”

Chapter 15
Dragon Eggs and Prophecy
Julia sprang up and began running to the grand hall with Leo, Celina, and Mia. They arrived at the grand hall to find that the egg had hatched into a baby dragon. “Whoa a dragon!” shouted Leo. “I knew it!” said Julia as she flipped open the book. She found the dragon, and showed it to Leo. “What is it called?” asked Leo. “Well let’s see it’s called Midnight Sun.” replied Julia as she traced her finger down the page as she read. “It also says it’s the fastest dragon, and that it is pretty strong.” She continued. Just then Jovan came rushing into the room. “It is a dragon!” he said in amazement. “This means we are one step closer to the prophecy!” he said to Leo. “What does that mean?” asked Leo. “It means you are the chosen one to stop the darkness from spreading into the world!” replied Jovan. “Well how is it that this dragon decides my destiny?” asked Leo. “Because the dragon chose you.” answered Jovan. “Well we haven’t even named the dragon, nor do we know what it does!” retorted Leo. “Well what are you naming him?” asked Julia and Mia together. “Well I don’t know. How about Ventus?” Leo said. “Yeah that’s an excellent name for a dragon!” everyone said. “Well I say we get to training the dragon naw.” said arcee. “We have very little time to train him.” said Jovan. “He looks like he’d learn fast!” said Mia as she started for the door. The dragon jumped up, and flew over Mia’s head, and flew down the hall out to the courtyard. He landed on the ground, and blew fire into the air. “Alright let’s see what you can do Ven!” said Leo. Ven flew into the air, and rolled into a ball and crashed to the ground with a slam. “WOW! That is a strong attack!” shouted Celina. He flew in circles until a small tornado formed. He then blew ice, wind and water. “He sure can use a lot of elements!” said Beth. Leo threw a target into the air, and the dragon shot fire ball at the target and burned it. “This little guy has pin point accuracy.” said Nanicus. Night came and the dragon became tired. They took him to a bed that they had made for him. He crawled into the bed, and fell asleep. Julia, Celina, Beth, Arcee, Nanicus, and Leo returned to the Star Valley castle for bed. Tomorrow would begin the march to fight the darkness, and they did not see what was coming. Would the battle end in victory, or failure? Will Leo fulfill his destiny, and get Julia as his girl? Chapter 16
Battle
Leo met up with Jovan and Cedric, to assemble the forces. Leo mounted his dragon, which was now fully grown, and flew into the sky. Mia ran to get Alpha Leo’s wolf, and dressed him in armor. Alex loaded her quiver with arrows, Beth loaded Oreo weapons, and Arcee had her super strength. Leo Lead the team to meet Half way with the Dark knights. Julia and Celina came riding on Leo’s Unicorn. Leo landed on the hill looking over the knights. “FOR LIGHT!” yelled Leo, and the battle began. Animals from star valley charged into the knights, and began scratching, biting, and attacking in any way they could. The clash of swords, and weapons was deafening. Leo say Zemans running to attack Julia. Ven turned upside down, and dropped Leo right in front of Julia. “Freeze villain!” Leo shouted. “Julia is mine!” Zemnas snarled. “She doesn’t want you when will you get it!” retorted Leo. up behind Leo came shadows preparing to attack him. Alex shot arrows into them “BOOYYYYAAAAAA!” she screamed. Arcee picked up knight and slammed their heads together. Mia fought with her sword, and shield. Nanicus, and Celina used Wizards fire to burn them out. Celina turned to see a knight swing his sword right for her head. Beth froze him in Oreo crème. “HA! That will teach you to mess with me!” she yelled, and she pounded another knight with her staff. The dark dragon flew over head. “Guys cover me!” said Leo. “Ven get over here it’s air born time!” he finished. Leo jumped on to Ven, and took to the skies. “You think you should challenge me boy?” barked Draco. “Actually I think I can take you!” Leo said as Ven charged toward Draco. Leo took a swing, it hit Draco, and he roared so terribly, it hurt Leo’s ears. “AHHHHHHHH!!” screamed Leo as he fell off of the dragon, and hit the ground. “LEO!” screamed Julia as she ran to see if he was ok. Just then Zemnas landed behind Julia. He prepared to take a swing, when Celina threw a fire ball at him. “Burn Sucker!” she hollered. Leo sprung up just in time to deflect an attack from a knight that was attempting to attack Julia. Zemnas came back, and Leo readied his sword. “I am prepared to fight you!” shouted Leo. “I know full well what you intend!” replied Zemnas. “However I was insured I would win over you thanks to the power of darkness!!!” he continued with a shout. “HA! Darkness will NEVER win!” retorted Leo. TING TING TING TING TING TING TANG TANG TANG SHRIIINGGGG. The sword fight became very intense, and Leo and Zemnas became evenly matched. “I see we are evenly matched!” sneered Zemnas. “Draco 2 becomes 1!” “What! What is that gonna do?” Leo asked. “Infusing my power with Draco’s power turns me into Ultimate Zemnas!” Zemnas Cackled. “Reaching for his sword Leo took a swing, but it was too late. Zemans has become Zraco! “Two infused together for the ultimate power!” he shouted. Everyone turned around to see what was happening. “Leo! To the tower of light that is where the prophecy states you will destroy him!” shouted Joan as he motion everyone to move to the tower. Leo ran as fast as he could, mounted Ven, and flew to the tower. Landing at the foot of the tower, Leo leapt off of Ven, and began fighting Zemnas. “You will not win!” shouted Leo. “I already have!” Zemnas cackled in return. “What?” replied Leo. Just then a dark ball hit Leo off of the tower. Landing on the ground he lay lifeless. “LEO!” shouted Julia with terror in her eyes. She ran to him, and landed on her knees. Touching for a pulse, it had disappeared. “Now you are free to be MINE!” shouted Zraco. “I will NEVER be your you low defiled MONSTER!” she shouted back at him. Just them Mia, Alex, Arcee, Beth Nanicus, Celina, and Jovan ran up. “It’s just us now!” shouted Mia, as she waved her hand at all of the fallen knights. “Very few of ours fell.” stated Jovan. “YOU CAN NOT DEFEAT ME!” shouted Zraco! He waved is hand and shot them all to the ground, except Julia who still stood firm. “You have just made the wrong choice!” shouted Julia, Just then she reached for Leo’s hand, she held it tight. “My friends are my power!” she yelled at Draco again. Just then a wave of light shot out of her necklace, and began a shockwave of light defeating all incoming reinforcements, the bad empire, and Zraco. Julia and the others blinked. There was Leo standing in front of them. “Is this a dream?” asked Julia. “Nope this is not a dream! I live again!” he said as she knocked him over to hug him. “We thought you were a gonner!” said Alex. “Yeah I kinda thought this was over” said Mia. “Us to, we thought you’d died!” said Beth and Arcee together. “Well let’s get back to Devalia! I believe a party is at hand. said Leo with a wink.”


Chapter 17
Ballroom
Arriving back at Devalia, Leo, and the others were welcomed as heroes. “Who would have thought peasants like us would become heroes!” said Leo to Mia and Alex. “We would have never guessed!” they both said back to Leo. Later a ball was being held for the heroes. Jovan and almost everyone from star valley showed up. Leo walked over to Julia. “May I have this dance?” he asked her. “Yes you may.” she said, as she winked at him. They danced across the floor so elegantly. Mia walked over to Jovan. “What about us being royalty in Star Valley?” she asked. “Yes, well you will soon be there as royalty to the throne.” He said. Later that night EVERYONE from Devalia came to Star Valley for the Coronation of Leo, Mia, and Alex the new King, and Queens of Star Valley. The Nanicus rose from her chair. “Do you Promise to defend Star Valley, and all of it’s in habitants?” she asked. “We do!” they replied. “Let this begin the new reign of our king and queens!” he shouted. Just then a Thunderous applause came from the crowd. Leo winked at Julia, and Leo drew his sword and pointed it towards the sky. Nanicus used her magic to make fireworks go off outside for all to see. Julia said, “Long live the King and Queens of Star Valley!” soon everyone joined in. Ven circled around the castle outside. This was truly the Destiny of Leo, and Friends!
